We have great expectations when it comes to the Mona trousers: they should be heavy-duty, comfortable, but above all timeless. Our focus was on the classics when creating the design: straight legs and a slightly higher top are elements that never get old. 

The fabric we used to sew Mona is ecological denim produced by the Brazilian company VICUNHA. Why do we put our bet on it?

• The cotton yarn used in the production of sustainable denim is ABR-certified, which means that as much as 92% of the water used in its production is rainwater (quick reminder – the production of classic jeans uses about 10 000 litres of clean water).

• CO2 emissions were also reduced in the production process – fossil fuels were replaced by biomass from peanut shells and cotton production residues. 

• The company runs its projects according to the zero waste water concept – on top of radically reducing industrial waste water, it also decreases its aggressiveness by reducing and eliminating chemicals.

We cut the trousers to fit a body but provide freedom of movement at the same time. They have a slightly roguish character, but we traded the rips for intense, vivid colour. Thanks to that, these trousers made of ecological denim are a perfect base for both casual and smart outfits. You can match them not only with sneakers and a bag thrown over your shoulder, but also with jodhpur boots and a shirt with a stand-up collar. 

We believe in timeless products. We made the Mona jeans from ecological denim and in classic cut, because we know that this will make them stay with you for years. Because that's what sustainable fashion is all about, isn't it?
